According to wikipedia~
"Freedom Writers is a 2007 American film starring Hilary Swank, Scott Glenn, Imelda Staunton and Patrick Dempsey. It is based on the book The Freedom Writers Diary by teacher Erin Gruwell. The title is a play on both the terms of "Freedom Riders", the black and white civil rights activists who tested the U.S. Supreme Court decision ordering the desegregation of interstate buses in 1961, and Freedom Fighters, as in somebody who fights for freedom."

For me its a touching story that shows us how racism had caused sad stories everywhere.

There's no winners in any wars especially when it involves racism!!! because we are all HUMANS and we live on the same EARTH!! we breath OXYGEN and sleep, eat and die. We only got different skin tones and names to SAY WHO WE ARE!! imagine a world where everyone looks alike~and that would be confusing right???Well, i think the plotline is great and the teacher is not only beautiful but also good in acting!!! Love the storyline, love the acting, love the movie!! educational and not boring!!!

Freedom Writers

The best and very interesting movie I've ever seen! It's about a group of students who had very bad attitudes turns to wise, normal students after they met their new teacher.. I haven't finish watching that movie though.. wahaha The movie has inspired me to work harder.. Only you can change yourself.. No one else.. and education is for all to learn, no exception to it..

*p.s I haven't finish watching that movie.. hehehe..

Freedom Writer's- the right to education

The movie was about a class of students lives with their own belief and giving trust no one due to their own personal history. There were always conflicts in the classroom and they perceive fighting as a common things to happen, even they fought over a small matter. They live with limited friends due to different race, nationality and religion. They were chinese, white people, Italian and African-american students. They discriminate each othe badly.

However a new lovely and intelligent white women teacher came and tried to make a change. Her job was a little bit chaos in the first place because she didn't knew that the class given to her was the worst class in the schoo,. however with the confidence she got, she was able to control the students bit by bit. With her adorable smiles along the way she taught, the students slowly interested to study more.

The school however didn't attribute much to the students education because the school thought they didn't deserve to education as a matter of fact the teacher in charge of the school textbooks denied to give the students some of them that were asked by the new teacher. In return the new teacher bought them books with her own money.

The students changed with time. They involved in all sorts of decisions about what goes on in the classroom. They feeling of empoweredness in the classroom didn't even exist anymore they have their freedom to communicate and having more interaction in class. They produced more self-esteem and more motivated in the class.

The new teacher were able improve the relation amongs the students. They chatted and shared experience to each other Later on, they were able to give trust to others. They help each other out and always expresses their own selves in the classroom.

I think men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion have the right to education. Through education it strengthening the ecpects for human rights and fundamental freedom. It shall promote understang, tolerence and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups. Everyone should live without discrimination.

I think the teacher should behave in a way the teacher should do. The teacher needs to recognise that some students, due to thier upbringing and life experiences, may have a very, poor self-concept, and that their behaviour neeeds to be interpreted with this in mind.

Teachers are learning facilitators. They shouldn't forced the students to study in fact the inner motivation will expresxses itself in a natural curiousity about the world. Teacher should be sensitive, caring, genuine and empathetic. Therefore teacher can be regarded as the role model to the students. Therefore all human have the right to education.

Education is a human right with immense power to transform

Education is the most important thing in life. The secret of everything lies in education. Education has the power to transform the world and standard living.

The major evidence is education is the major way out of poverty trap. And of course everyone has the right to receive education. In Africa, the children has no education. Until now, the Africans are live in poverty. No education means no money to gain, sick people increase and increase death rate because of no medical basis and so on.

You see, education is important. Education brings peace to any countries, brings wealth to the country...

My parents common phrase=) "Study hard, study smart, gain money and go overseas!" (translated in English) mwahahahaha

Education is a human right with the immense power to transform

Education strengthening the development of human personality and in shaping our bahaviour. The individuals can achieve something on their own (zone of actual development), but also in terms of what they can achieve with some assistance (the zone of proximal developmeent).

Should school( where the centre of education lies) run democratially, with tutors and students having equal rights, and obeying the same community laws? what do you guys think? I think the school will will lose its students respects to the tutors.

The students will say no to homeworks, they would escape classes or not coming to school at all and in return there would be no exam which results in no education, when there is no education how can you make money? HELLO.... i mean make money in an easy way! Get job lah...

Many students would prefer to have such school however what is life without challenges. I think through education he individuals could discipline themselves that they are able to transform into super power billionnaire or even richer than that!

So education is not a force, it is just one compulsory step you have to had in order to get what you are up to and money is the only matter at the end. everyone has the right to education!

Education *something*

Is education really important?

YES IT DOES

And I'm going to write about my dad's childhood.
And since he said it so many times, how could i forget.
Let me think.How was it again?Oh yeah~

My dad didnt reach secondary level! why? bcause he's bad in studies and his family then wasnt very wealthy. He left school because he doesn't want to waste those 'hard-earned-money' on his studies and he got 4 siblings to take care of. (people in the old days tend to have more children than they could afford). Well, in such a young age, he doesn't lay around eating and sleeping. since he left school, he went to work. helping out with his family, selling stuffs around, working here and there trying to get more money for the family.(i don't think child labour is against the law in 1950s)I don't know whether his parents worked or not but what i know is,in my opinion, he had a 'adult' chilhood. And i'm proud of him because he thinks and cares for others. He has one BIG, RED HEART.

The point is, even though he didn't get enough education, now in 2008, he still has a two storey house and enough cash to go on. he didnt become very poor and could still get a few thousand bucks for his mother every year. And Why is that? Because he's willing to learn and hardworking. he learn and work for decades and now, he doesn't have to worry about financial matters.

But that was in the OLD DAYS!

Now,
Dad: "You got to have some good certificates to get good jobs so study for your future."

Yeap that's my dad.

Education now is so important that jobs everywhere will look at your certificates and your grades. See how nice they are and would think about it. Higher education, Higher salary.

And that is the reality.

So how could education IS not important?
