What is euthanasia?

Euthanasia is the practice of medically-assisted death. It is illegal in most countries.

Euthanasia is a controversial subject, not only because there are many different moral dilemmas associated with it, but also in what constitutes its definition. At the extreme ends of disagreement, advocates say euthanasia, also known as physician aid in dying, or physician assisted suicide, is a merciful method of death. At the other end are opponents of euthanasia, who may consider this method as a form of murder.

now u have know what is euthanasia!! But lets talk about it. No matter which side you are in, agree or disagree~Its about a person life and death.

I have once heard of a story abt coma.
I'm sure everyone is familiar to a saying "MONEY is everything"

well..here's something about euthanasia that may support that saying~Yes, like always i'm going ta write a story again, but this story was read very long time ago. i can only remembered the brief of it .

There was a girl who was in coma. And the doctor said that they were unsure about when would she awakes. Thats a horror truth. Because the giel maybe in this state for one day?one week? one month?or maybe ten years! well the point is that her parents are not very wealthy. Yes, that's where money comes in. Her parents wanted to let her survived because they hoped that she would awake the next secong. They held hope for the next few months, working hard to pay for the bills for their daughters life. But it wasn't enough, in the end they lose hope as they couldn't cope with the heavy finacial burden. Yes, the tragic happens, they began to give up on their daughters life and well..let her die.

Short story but a stunning one for me. Its inscripted into my brain when i heard this story. It's too sad~ anyway, the news have caused an uproar. Some says that the parents have no heart and all. But some thinks its understandable. I stand in the parents side and i never regret it. Its too heavy for them. But sometimes a thought strucks me 'what if she awakes when the parents did not made such a sad and cruel decision?"the daughter may have married and have a happy life" sometimes its better not to think of these stuffs.

That' a form of euthanasia. And that's why its a debatable and VERY sensitive issue.
